Tim’s practice is focused on contract and commercial as well as customs and foreign trade work.

Tim specialises in international steel trading. He is a permanent advisor to the German Steel Trade Association BDS AG and provides advice to major steel manufacturers and steel traders. Tim further advises stakeholders of other industries, in particular distributors of technical equipment and non-ferrous metal.

Tim also specialises in European antidumping law. He advises and represents companies on complex customs tariff and origin issues. He offers vast experience in dealing with national and EU customs authorities.

Tim regularly holds seminars and lectures on topics of commercial law.
